NicheSignal Seller Console is a private internal seller operations tool used by the workspace owner to manage authorized Etsy shop operations, including listings, orders, inventory status, fulfillment notes, and operational alerts.
This application is not a public marketplace, not a buyer-facing service, and not a data resale or scraping tool. It only accesses Etsy shop data after the shop owner authorizes access through Etsy OAuth.
The app may process limited account, OAuth, shop, listing, and order data required to provide internal shop management features. OAuth data may include access tokens, refresh tokens, granted scopes, token expiry, and connected shop identifiers.
Shop, listing, and order data may include shop profile details, listing status, product catalog attributes, receipt metadata, fulfillment status, and internal notes created by the workspace owner.
Data is used only for internal business operations, such as managing products, reviewing orders, monitoring inventory, tracking alerts, and maintaining operational records for the authorized Etsy shop.
Token values are stored securely on the server and are never displayed in the browser. This application does not sell, rent, share, or publicly expose Etsy shop data.
Data retention is limited to the period needed for listing management, order management, operational alerts, reporting, and compliance reminders.
Users may request deletion of stored data by contacting support at contact@nichesignal.online.
